SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping of goods will take place within 15 working days from the receipt of the payment of the amount due (excluding holidays), unless there is unavailability in stock. From the day the order is received by Pet Creation s.r.l. to the day of shipment, it may take from one to fifteen working days. Pet Creation s.r.l. relies on leading providers for shipping management, but delays may occur, not due to fault or negligence of Pet Creation s.r.l. or the aforementioned providers, or due to times of the year when deliveries may be slowed down due to holidays or other events.  

If any kind of delay occurs, the Customer will be notified. Shipments to Italy will be made normally by express courier. Customers will receive an email once the shipment has been made, which will also include the tracking number to trace it online on the appropriate websites. It is the responsibility of Pet Creation s.r.l. to communicate any delays in order execution in a timely manner. No liability can be attributed to Pet Creation s.r.l. for delayed or failed delivery due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.  The Customer must correctly indicate in the purchase order the contact details where the goods should be delivered, providing an address where they or a delegate will be present to collect the shipment and must also provide correct information for the name on the bell (if different from the Customer). 

The presence of the Customer or a designated representative at the address indicated in the order is required for product delivery. 
At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet, or altered in its sealing materials. Any discrepancies must be promptly contested by signing a written reservation on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer cannot raise any disputes regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

NON-RECEIPT
The goods travel under the responsibility of the recipient. If, for reasons independent of Pet Creation s.r.l. (such as recipient absence, incorrect shipping address provided at the time of purchase, etc.), the order is returned to sender and the customer wishes to receive it again, Pet Creation s.r.l. reserves the right to charge the customer for the transport costs related to the return to the sender and possibly for the new shipment.
