DEFINITIONS
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products by Pet Creation s.r.l., based in Via Biordo Nuovo 13, 31011, Asolo, Treviso, with VAT number IT04945810267, Share Capital € 10,000 I.V. registered with the Treviso – Belluno Chamber of Commerce through the website shop.petcretion.it, to consumer users. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the site, which is considered acceptance pursuant to Art. 1341 of the Civil Code. Pet Creation s.r.l. reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing them on the site.

METHODS OF PURCHASE
The purchase of products is also carried out through access to the portal, and for each product there is a description containing its main characteristics. All information supporting the purchase is to be understood as simply general informative material; it is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not perfectly represent its characteristics but may differ in color, size, products, labels, and packaging. The images are for illustrative purposes only.

Each order sent to Pet Creation s.r.l. constitutes a contractual proposal from the customer. Therefore, it is binding for Pet Creation s.r.l. only if it is complete in every part and contains all the elements to correctly identify the ordered products, and is confirmed and accepted by Pet Creation s.r.l. through its fulfillment. Pet Creation s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or those lacking necessary data for their fulfillment and will inform the customer if their order is unfulfillable due to the unavailability of the ordered product, notifying them as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS
All prices on the website are to be understood as public and, therefore, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).Prices may change without prior notice, and the only correct price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation. Accepted payment methods:

You can choose to make the payment through the secure PayPal payment system, which allows for online payments with the highest security and protection standards against online fraud. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to complete the payment, and the system can also be used with Credit Cards.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from any order, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen working days from the day of receipt of the goods. In this case, the Customer must send an email to info@petcreation.it expressing the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, indicating the order number, the products to be returned, the chosen method for the reimbursement of the amount paid, specifying the bank details for receiving the refund (ABI codes, CAB, CIN, current account, and holder’s data). The Customer must bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods, which must be intact and in their original packaging. Pet Creation s.r.l. is not liable for theft or damage to goods returned via uninsured shipments, and the responsibility for shipping lies with the Customer until it is received at our premises. The return of non-intact products, used even partially, damaged, or lacking original accessories or equipment will not be accepted by Pet Creation s.r.l. and will be returned to the sender at their expense. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the merchandise, which travels under their responsibility, arrives in perfect condition. Returns with cash on delivery will not be accepted. After verifying the above, Pet Creation s.r.l. will proceed to refund the money paid by the customer.
